As those who have visited our stand over the years at the Ice Cream Alliance Exhibitions will already know, we have been active in designing new improved systems for the direct drive.

These include an electric base that allows ice cream to be produced without the need for the van engine to run, a requirement for many town pitches these days as Councils prohibit the running of diesel engines in town.

A slim line condenser with electric fan, a door extraction system and now the new Nissei base that produces higher yeild than conventional machines and requires no direct drive at all. This system is also suitable for trailers and stand alone applications, the system even supplys electricity for a small slush machine too.

Southern Sales & Services Ltd are the only company in the UK to develop such a system, taking mobile vending to a new level after 35 years of the same old machinery.
